Position: HVAC Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Dublin
Salary: €35,000- €50,000 ( Depending on Experience )
Mon- Fri , Perm full-time
Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operation of the quotation process from initial contact to operations handover. Working alongside the Service Sales Engineers, provide external support on customer job sites when required. Promote service offerings & campaigns direct with customers, providing technical and pricing support to the sales team and direct to customers through quotation and correspondence for all Service led operations.
Experience Required
*Excellent computer skills, including excel, experience with CRM systems and service database management advantage.
*Experience in the HVAC industry preferential.
*Has previous experience working in an office environment.
*Used to working to internal/external sales deadlines.
*Experience dealing with customers on the telephone on a daily basis.
