Elk is recruiting for Site Engineers/ Civil Engineers for the Construction and Building Services Industry.

Have you 2 -8 years' experience?

Are you interested in working on small medium or larger Sized Projects in any of the following areas: Dublin Meath Kildare Louth Wicklow Wexford?

Projects including: Commercial Residential Design & Build, Educational, Fit-out Healthcare, Industrial.

Positions: Junior & Senior Site Engineers

Salary: €60k-€100k

Locations: Dublin Kildare Wicklow Wexford Meath

Duties :

Manage programme with client
Assist the Project Quantity Surveyor with site quantities and measures for monthly valuations
Be the interface with local authorities
Supervise the production of survey information
Ensure activities are carried out in safe manner in accordance with the Construction Safety Plan
Ensure that only the latest issue drawings and documents are being used
Assist the Site Manager and Site Foreman
Manage closing schedules
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, environmental and Quality policies, procedures and company policies
Material requisition
Complete fortnightly progress report
Liaise with subcontractors regarding additional works and report to Quantity Surveyor

Experience Required:

Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
2-8+ years+' experience of, and knowledge in, site development works, earthworks, road design, drainage and utilities
Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and ICON GPS
Proficient in all MS software packages
Ability to monitor workmanship of crews / sub-contractors
Full, clean driving licence
