Kier Build are looking for an Exception Handler to work within in the Accounts Team
based in Loughton supporting the Kier Build division.


Job responsibilities?:

The successful candidate will be tasked adding quantities to orders with site approval. We are looking for someone who can liaise with Site Managers, procurement department and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently. You will be responsible for matching order to invoices and analysing reports to duplicate invoices and identify common reoccurring issues. You will be able to notify deliveries without a purchase order or incomplete purchase order to the procurement department and site team.


What?do?we need from you??

Previous experience in construction and in different type of material would be beneficial to the ideal candidate. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Previous experience on Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential. To be accurate and confident in written and verbal communication skills.
