Pharmanovia are looking for a highly professional and experienced EA to provide personal and administrative assistance to the CEO of the company and support the wider operations team.

Main responsibilities:

  • To provide a high level of administrative support to the CEO.
  • To manage the CEO's diary, organising and maintaining diaries, meetings, office events and making appointments.
  • General office management, maintaining office systems, suppliers, including data management and filing. Maintaining the electronic document management/filling systems.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, carrying out research and presenting findings.
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, perform research and take minutes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations and reports, correspondence and communications.
  • Manage diaries for senior management on ad hoc basis.

About you:

You will need:

  • A strong interest in business.
  • A hands-on approach, happy to roll up your sleeves and support the wider team.
  • Experience of organising and providing administrative assistance to a senior team in a commercial office environment.
  • Previous experience as an EA is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong written communication skills are essential, experience of taking and writing minutes, summarising discussions and writing reports.
  • Strong IT skills, competence in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • To be highly organised with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • The ability to manage projects with the ability to see projects through from start to finish and on time.
  • An organised and thorough approach to work.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team.
