Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00 with 1 hour for lunch
Our client is looking for an experienced Fabric Project Manager to support the Building and Fabric services division.
Candidate Skills
10 + years of experienced within fit out / construction industry with trade background
Client facing with the ability to meet and discuss Operational matters with Building Management, Staff and Client representatives.
Forward thinking individual with the ability to make own decisions
Capable on use of MS packages, word, excel and e-permit systems
Good and effective communicator
Ability to enforce process well and table new ideas.
Ability to chair Client and Sub Contract meetings
Ability to programme Manage and sequence with other trades
Enjoys meeting new people and some socialising with colleagues
Roles & Responsibilities
Survey of projects prior and after pricing
Defining Client briefs
Receiving job pack from commercial team
Reading drawings and interoperating scopes
Production of RFI schedules
Production of RAMS and issuing
Logistic Management on projects
Organising labour and materials on projects
Better buying to maximise profit without compromising on quality
Chairing Client and contractor meetings
Taking minutes and issuing them to teams in timely manner
Quality control and walkround on projects
Project reporting/ Variation control and reporting
Cost Management against budget
Production of programmes and issuing
H&S Management on site and reporting
Snagging walkround and documentation
Project sign offs
Liaise with Head Office teams and attend meetings as required
