Daniel Owen (Leeds) are looking for a Fabric Technician / Joiner to work in Teeside and Whitby.
- Working for a property management company, covering between Teeside and Whitby. Ideally, candidate should have a TS1 postcode
- Own van and fuel card provided
- You will be somewhere different every day carrying out various planned and reactive maintenance work, anything including plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating
- Reporting risks/defects to management and filling out log books following procedures
- Candidate should ideally hold of a level 3 or equivalent, work based and practically assessed building fabric related qualification, such as an NVQ, BTEC
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence required
- 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, overtime available, OT rate TBC
