Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled fabrication and welding lecturer to take on the course team leaders role within the fabrication and welding department in a college based in Worksop.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about fabrication and welding and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners. Equally the ideal candidate should have the desire and motivation to take on more responsibilities that would be expected of the course team leader within the department.

*Deliver level 1 and 2 fabrication and welding lessons within the college
*Take part in course development within the fabrication and welding department
*Take on other duties and responsibilities expected of the course team leader
This role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and additional benefits.

*A level 3 or above qualification in a relevant subject area
*A teaching qualification
*Experience delivering level 1 and 2 fabrication and welding
