Job Title: Commercial Manager - Facade
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
An established and forward-thinking facade contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its growing team based in Kensington. This is a key leadership role for a commercially astute professional with a solid background in facade and external envelope works, ready to oversee the commercial aspects of multiple high-value projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Take full commercial responsibility for façade packages from pre-contract to final account

  • Lead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations

  • Manage cost planning, budget control, and forecasting

  • Prepare and review CVRs, valuations, and applications for payment

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients

  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior commercial staff

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within the facade or specialist sub-contractor sector

  • Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract

  • Excellent financial and analytical skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships
