Façade Manager Liverpool

National Building contractor with a continuous flow of work seeks to employ a competent and experienced Façade Manager to initially manage their project in Liverpool. Experience specifically on high rise building will be advantageous.

Your Duties as a Façade manager will include the following -

Evaluating quotes and recommend subcontractors

Compiling and checking method statements

Material checks

Managing Subcontractor

Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.

You will be required to demonstrate the following requirements -

Degree/Diploma in building construction

Experience specifically in brick work, curtain walling, glazing and aluminium cladding facades.

Excellent ,management and organisational skills

Extensive experience on high rise building

Relevant site safety accreditation
