Kier Specialist Services are recruiting now for a Facilities Contract Coordinator to join us on our Ministry of Justice contract, reporting to & supporting the Contract Manager, enabling a smooth, efficient & effective service delivery of facilities management to a portfolio of buildings in London.


Key Responsibilities

We will look to you to be responsible for coordinating & liaising with contractors and engineers regarding outstanding and ongoing work orders and PPM'S, to ensure that we react efficiently and effectively in line with the client SLA and KPI's; liaise with the Helpdesk systems and allocate job requests/tasks to the relevant team; monitor all open job requests/tasks to ensure they are completed on time ยท

The main objective of this position is to provide a comprehensive and flexible contract administration service to the Business.


What do we need from you?

Ideally, you'll have experience within a helpdesk, maintenance, contract support, or customer service environment, and it would be desirable, but not essential, if you have knowledge of Concept software.
