We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team on the Staffordshire Police OPCC contract based at Staffordshire Police HQ. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.

Location: Stafford - based at Staffordshire Police HQ

Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in the planning, coordinating and administering the day-to-day activities of the Police Estate to ensure the smooth running of the FM operation.

Your day to day will include:

  • Maintaining and updating project tracker spreadsheets and ensuring they are accurate

  • Monitoring and recording project costs, comparing to approved budget, and alerting management of any discrepancies

  • Ensuring the Kier staff training matrix is kept up to date and any relevant training or qualification renewals are booked

  • Maintaining subcontractor data to ensure all certification, insurances, competencies and qualifications are up to date

  • Ensuring vetting is renewed for both Kier staff and subcontractors


What are we looking for?

This role of Facilities Coordinator is great for you if:

  • You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • You are able to work in a fast moving, timebound environment

  • You have experience working in an office environment, particularly with contract and customer/client systems
