Contract: Permanent, full time 8am to 4.30pm

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team on the Stoke & Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Authority (SSFRA) contract, based at Stone Community Fire Station, where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the day-to-day activities of the SSFRA Estate to ensure smooth running of the FM Operation.


Key Responsibilities

As a focused Facilities Coordinator, you'll be organising all sub-contractor & engineer work requirements; monitoring and maintaining Concept CAFM records, PowerBI tasks & spreadsheets relating to contractual requirements, costs, work schedules, planned and reactive maintenance, and health & safety compliance. You will also manage the finance and WIP such as obtaining and raise various documents such as sub-contractor quotes and purchase orders and raising URN/PRN notices to the client submitting costs recoverable through lifecycle. You will also maintain the Fixed and Variable sheets and submit according to the relevant time scales


What do we need from you?

To really make the most of this role, the ideal Facilities Coordinator will hold experience in coordinating or scheduling-type role, in a busy facilities management, customer focused environment; the ability to deal with budgets; and will have a great understanding in Microsoft office, especially Excel - IOSH Managing Safety would be ideal, as well as knowledge of CAFM systems, but this is not essential.
