This is an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias to join an established company on a newly developed landmark building in Central London. This position is a client-facing role involving planned and reactive maintenance, and overseeing specialist contractors.

The company has been established for over 25 years and is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer after a recent contract win. Your role as a Facilities Maintenance Engineer will include:

* PPM and reactive facilities maintenance in a multiskilled capacity
* Covering a newly developed landmark building
* Client-facing role
* Overseeing contractors

The successful Facilities Maintenance Engineer will need:

* C&G Level 3
* 18th Edition wiring regulations
* Experience in HV
* Experience in FM
* Commutable to Central London
* Full UK working rights
