The Candidate:

    A qualified facilities manager - electrical or mechanical qualification desirable Nebosh qualified Experience of organising contractors and negotiating terms Must live within a commutable distance from Bolton Professional work ethic Experience of working in a busy manufacturing environment Compliant and up to date with all Health & Safety Regulations Arrange maintenance schedules and update stock levels Arrange and manage contractors Experience of maintenance planning
