We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager on a mobile basis, covering a range of heritage and tourism sites throughout North Wales.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing both Hard and Soft Services across the sites, including but not limited to; PPM's, reactive maintenance, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Oversee the day to day running of hard and soft services across the contract - Management of a dedicated team of 17 staff and additional sub-contractors - Ensure the PPM schedule is adhered to - Ensure CAFM systems are in place to optimise the management of all planned and reactive work - Develop operational structure to suit the specific needs of the Account - Ensure effective systems are established to support the operational needs of the Account
Extensive experience in Facilities Management within both Hard and Soft Services - Experience of working across multi sites is required, being able to manage time is effectively is essential to the success for the role - SMSTS - IOSH/NEBOSH - IWFM (Level 4)
