Facilities Manager Job in Hertfordshire
This is an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a Commercial Property firm based from their office in Hertfordshire.
As the successful Facilities Manager you'll be an integral part of the team working alongside a team of experienced commercial property consultants. In this role you'll be the main point of contact for all the FM services for the portfolio of properties managed by this company. You'll will need to be comfortable with travel and staying away when required, also comfortable inspecting empty commercial properties on your own. The majority of properties are in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire however you'll have one client with properties UK wide.
Role & Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for all FM issues
- Undertake property inspections
- Prepare documents for tenders
- Check work is complete to a satisfactory standard
- Deal with emergencies or urgent issues in a timely manner
- Ensure that the buildings meet H&S requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an FM
- Ideally NEBOSH or IOSH
- Able to travel and stay away when required
- Full clean driving licence and own car for business use is essential
**What you get back**
- £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Mileage 45p per mile
- Hybrid working
