We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Administrator to support in the day to day smooth running of our Ashington site to agreed KPI’s and SLA’s. This role will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months. About the role You will be responsible for the dispatch products and process associated both electronic and hard copy documentation. You will also carry out reception administration duties such as answering calls and managing the arrival of visitors. Elements to the role include: Daily management of the production and waste reporting Completing raw material usage reporting Dealing with stock control ensuring all electronic processes are updated Running the weekly pay reporting Ensure all drivers and visitors are wearing appropriate PPE and challenge any who are do not comply Confirm that any new drivers and visitors are inducted thoroughly and are aware of all site regulations Be aware of professional responsibility towards health and safety, use of PPE, reporting accidents, incidents and near misses Processing of purchase orders and other related administrative upkeep Additional ad hoc tasks as per business requirements What will you bring? You will be an experienced administrator with a background of working in an office environment Self-motivated, with initiative and proactive approach Competent using electronic business MRP systems Competent using a workplace PC, word processing and spread sheet applications Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relations with others Detail and results orientated with strong personal values to succeed Highly organised with demonstrable planning and delivery capabilities Understanding of budgets and financial responsibility What’s on offer?
