We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our team in Ipswich.



Location: Ipswich with travel to surrounding sites in the area- company car or cash allowance provided

Contract: Permanent- full time, part time/ flexible hours may be available if desired just let us know and we'll do our best to support you



Responsibilities

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.



In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.



Your role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coaching and development of operational repair and support teams (both direct and indirect) within your region. Reporting directly to the Reinstatement Manager, you will act primarily as managerial support to enable an efficient and effective operational area, delivering the service strategy whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

Working closely with the Anglian Water Partners and other local delivery teams, you will ensure that all activities are undertaken with a customer focus and efficiently delivered. You will ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety & Environmental Policy and comply with H&S legislation, POSWSH and QA procedures.



Your role will use and develop the full range of managerial and technical skills required to operate and manage operational repair and support teams.



Your day to day will include:

  • Ensure all Health & Safety legislation is complied with
  • Investigate any quality issues that may arise, facilitating a resolution
  • Attend site meetings with the Client, whilst ensuring costs and risks are controlled


What are we looking for?

This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if you hold:



  • Experience within the water industry working at a supervisory level and management of an operational team
  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS
  • Knowledge of CDM legislation and Traffic Management Act
  • Valid driving licence
