Location: Kings Lynn/ Isleham
Contract: Permanent, full time
Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.
In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.
As Field Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation, planning and control of labour and resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of schemes.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure all Health & Safety legislation is complied with
- Investigate any quality issues that may arise and facilitate a resolution
- Attend site meetings with the Client whilst ensuring costs and risks are controlled
Who are we looking for?
This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:
- You hold experience within the water industry
- Hold NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS
- Hold knowledge of CDM legislation and the Traffic Management Act
- A Full Driving Licence
