The Role - Field Service Engineer
My client are looking to recruit ta Field Service Engineer covering the West Midlands and South West area to repair, service and provide technical support in the field to customers, engineers and installers for products both in and out of warranty.

Responsibilities
Attend site to carry out repair work on products covered by warranty
When required carry out site survey and commissioning
Dealing with technical issues, administration and correspondence on a day to day basis
Identify technical/service trends and report all concerns to the TSM
Advise customers, installers and commissioning engineers on product installation
The Right Person
The successful Field Service Engineer will have previous experience in this kind of role, be used to a large amount time being spent driving as well as overnight stays. Experience with Oil Fired Boilers or Air Source Heat Pumps or Biomass is essential for this role. You will also have one of or more of the following qualifications:- Oftec, F-Gas, Part P, Unvented Hot Water
