Dutton Recruitment are seeking a Part-Time Finance and Administration Assistant for a position based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
The individual will be joining a successful and growing business. The principal responsibilities are to generate sales ledger invoices from despatch notes, process direct debit collections, manage cash, and input information on the Company's systems. The tasks require a very high degree of accuracy so diligence and attention to detail will be paramount.
A reasonable working knowledge of spreadsheets will be assumed, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be a distinct advantage. Training will be given, but an ability to adapt and learn quickly, along with a desire to seek out ways to improve processes, will be a distinct advantage.
A general ability to gain a rapid understanding of the business will enhance the individual's prospect of success.
The position is part time - reporting to the Finance Manager. Twenty hours per week to be determined within normal office hours Monday to Friday. The ability to work extra hours for holiday/sick cover would be an advantage.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Experience Required:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
