Finance Coordinator Job in Central London

A Finance Coordinator job is now available in Central London. You would be joining an top AJ100 architecture practice with a great reputation and extensive benefits. Full time position to start ASAP!

This client is an award-winning studio of London Architects, Interior Designers and Master Planners who work on a variety of projects. They are looking for a Finance Coordinator to support the Finance Director with day-to-day transactions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase ledger including supplier records, process purchase invoices and prepare reporting for payments
  • Manage staff expenses including approval and processing
  • Manage and reconcile company credit cards
  • Support monthly payroll and budget preparation as needed
  • Provide support for monthly/quarterly reports
  • Assist with sales invoice process
  • Follow up with clients, suppliers and project leads as required
  • Update financial spreadsheets
  • Provide cost analysis reports to track spending against budgets
  • Assist with studio admin as required, including employee health insurance and memberships
  • Assist in preparing management reports and CMAP project and finance software.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualification in Accounting or Finance (Degree or accounting license preferred)
  • Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role or similar
  • Excellent administrative ability
  • Fluency with CMAP and Xero is required
  • Highly IT literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft, including Excel
  • Positive attitude, proactive and approachable
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
