We're currently recruiting for a Finance Manager within our Group Finance function to Business Partner with our Heads of Department, to manage budgets and achieve cost savings and provide insightful reporting across the business.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Finance Manager role, you'll be the key contact for the business work closely with our Group Centralised Finance Function and IT and Corporate Affairs teams to provide guidance, control and insightful reporting to aid the decision making process. You'll produce monthly reporting and variance analysis and support cost reduction within the business functions by undertaking demand analysis and business cases where required. You'll also prepare audit evidence for the annual audit and review spend for accounting treatment on projects such as Capex review and Prepayment. This role will also involve preparing and reviewing balance sheets and supporting our Treasury function on central Group banking tasks and reconciliations. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in ad-hoc projects across the function to improve control and processes.
What do we need from you?
An ambitious and proactive individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. You'll have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be a qualified accountant with a proven ability to leverage strong management accounting skills. You'll have really good stakeholder management skills to build long-standing relationships with departmental heads and a proven track record in delivering meaningful cost reductions within a complex organisation.
