Location: Based out of our Cardiff, Basingstoke or Solihull offices - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Responsibilities
As Finance Manager, you'll be working within the PFI Facilities Management Team, and will be responsible for the provision, interpretation and streamlining of financial and management information to support and inform the management teams in the day to day management of their business.
Your day to day will include:
- Finance lead for the business units and to lead the finance team to deliver the challenging annual results
- Support site finance and admin teams ensuring that they understand the requirements for the delivery of the results forecasted at site level
- Reconciling and reporting of the key balance sheet accounts and providing visibility of the issues
- Understand and report on the Lifecycle elements of the PFI business
- Provide support to Commercial and Operational functions in understanding and challenging cost base
This role of Finance Manager is great for you if:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to operate both at transactional and strategic level
- Ability to set objectives, take personal responsibility and work towards objectives with high levels of autonomy
