A well-established multi- disciplined fit-out contractor, specialising in pharmaceuticals and education have an exciting new requirement for a Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper to join their close working team in High Wycombe. They are very focused on employee progression, growth and ensuring that their close-knit family feel is maintained.


The successful Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper will be responsible for:

    The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be responsible for monthly bank reconciliations, sales and purchase ledger maintenance The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be responsible for sales invoicing and credit control The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be chasing outstanding payment (debt) & monitoring of customer accounts The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be responsible for general office administration and organisation The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be responsible for stock check- replacement and ordering The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be responsible for Updating and maintain financial spreadsheets

Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper will be paid up to £30,000-£32,000 per annum
The successful Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper will have experience in the following:

    The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will have a solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing. The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will have excellent verbal and written communication / telephone skills The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will have good IT skills, working with Excel, Word and Outlook The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will have an AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or bookkeeping The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will have proven bookkeeping experience and worthy knowledge with Xero The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be within easy access to High Wycombe

The Finance Manager/bookkeeper will be paid up to £30,000-£32,000 (based on experience) + Holiday + Bonus+ Package
