Position Overview:
As a Recruiter based in London, you will play a pivotal role in the thriving organisation. You will have roles to work from day one. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the Finance sector, primarily focusing on mid to senior-level positions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements, provide insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
  • Leveraging the firm's existing relationships to map out your own market focus.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluate qualifications, and make recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements.
  • Effectively negotiate and facilitate the offer process, including managing compensation discussions and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and contribute to the organisation's overall success.
  • Mentor and train new team members

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in recruitment, specifically within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in mid to senior-level positions.
  • Deep understanding of Finance industry trends, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with remote teams is a plus.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
