This role is within the Kier Property Mixed Use and Regeneration Team, a growing team which includes major high profile Joint Ventures with local authorities in Watford and Leatherhead delivering residential led mixed use (office and retail/leisure and trade counter industrial), an exciting new Joint Venture with Lloyds Bank to deliver homes in key locations across the country and we have a significant Strategic Land portfolio bringing forward a mix of residential homes in Joint Venture with an exemplar Housing Developer.
We're currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to support the commercial and reporting teams in identifying financial solutions and assess financial scenarios for internal reporting, bank compliance and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Financial Analyst role, you will support the development team on new transactions and acquisitions and conduct internal analysis of new and existing projects and new business proposals. You will be responsible for compliance with banking and JV requirements and in the reporting to partners, including preparation of board packs, cash flow reconciliations and KPI analysis for board papers.
What do we need from you?
Ideally, you'll be qualified at undergraduate level with strong excel skills, data handling expertise, modelling and a competent individual with good attention to detail. Ideally you may have further skills in areas such as macros and Microsoft Power BI. You'll have demonstrable commercial acumen and strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build positive relationships both internally and external.
