Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager Required - Leeds - 6-7 Months Work on one of Leeds most prestigious commercial projects

We are currently looking to hire a freelance finishing foreman or finishing manager to work for one of our clients on one of the most prestigious commercial projects to be carried out in Leeds in recent times.

Duties will include the supervising, management and co-ordination of finishing trades on office fit outs such as joiners, dryliners, painters & decorators, tape and jointers etc. You will ideally come from a trade background in one of those disciplines, but if you can display good managerial and supervisory experience, that would also be considered

SSSTS is a minimum requirement for this site and SMSTS would also be considered.

You must be able to provide checkable references and be committed to the project until completion in March/April 2024

On offer is a day rate of £250-£300 depending on experience.
