Job description
Net Temps are working with a well-established company who are currently seeking a Finishing Foreman/Woman to work on a Housing & Apartments site on a Freelance basis.
Location: Derby, DE1
Duration: Freelance - till Christmas
Pay Rate: £230 per day
As a Finishing Foreman/Woman, you will carry out the following duties:
- Supervising/ Foreman for the internal works on houses & apartments
- Occasionally supervising/ foreman for the external works
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who can tackle any task confidently.
The Finishing Foreman/Woman requirements are as follows:
- MUST have SSSTS or SMSTS
- MUST have First Aid
- MUST have Black CSCS
- REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
- MUST have working reference
- MUST have the right to work in the UK
