We are currently recruiting for a highly qualified Fire Stopper to work across a social hosuing project in the Knowsley. Due to the nature of this requirement and the scope of works being spread around Knowsley, this will be a mobile role.
Requirements:
- CSCS Blue card (Passive Fire NVQ)
- Own PPE & Tools
- Up to date references
- Relevant previous experience
- Full UK Driving License (maximum 6 points)
Typical duties will include:
- Installing all aspects of Fire Stopping into both tenanted and void properties
- Travel between various sites and manage own workload
- Liaise with both Tenant Liaison Officer and tenants to gain entry to properties
