£15 per hour
Temp-Perm
We are in need of a Floor Layer who is familiar and conversant with Commercial Floor Laying to work in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
You must be fully conversant, experienced with and be able to fit to a very high standard any of the following (not necessarily all):
* All aspects of Subfloor Preparation (Moisture Measuring / Screeding / Feathering / Damp Proofing / Plywood etc.)
* Installation of Sheet Vinyl with Welded Joints
* Cove Forma and Capping of Vinyl Flooring
* Installation of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles)
* Installation of Commercial Carpet and Carpet Tiles
* Installation of Sheet Linoleum with Welded Joints
* Installation of Wood and Laminate Flooring
* Installation of all associated trims and fixings
What we need from you
* Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience
* Commercial Floor Laying: 3 years (required)
* Qualifications preferred or Time served
* Good Attitude
* Attention to detail
