Protocol are working closely with a Further Education college based in Wigan in their search for a Food and Drink Manufacturing Assessor to deliver training, assessment and delivery of all aspects of the Apprenticeships and portfolio building in the workplace and, where required in college premises.
The role;
This role is offering Full time hours and will run on a permanent basis within the college.
Within this post you will deliver training, assessment and delivery of all aspects of the Food and Drink Manufacturing Apprenticeships and portfolio building in the workplace and, where required in college premises. You will provide initial advice and guidance, initial assessment, enrolment and induction for apprentices and work based learners, whilst also preparing appropriate training, assessment and action plans, to support learners in their acquisition of skills and knowledge and monitor their progress.
The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals experienced within Food and Drink Manufacturing, that also have experienced within training or assessing apprentices. An understanding of quality training and assessment and apprenticeship programs along with relevant industry knowledge of Food and Drink Manufacturing. The ideal person will also be upbeat, motivated and inspiring to learners on their programs of study.
Have you got what it takes?
* A level 3 or above qualification in a relevant subject area (Food and Drink Manufacturing)
* An assessors award
* Understanding of quality in training, assessment and apprenticeship training programs
* Relevant industry knowledge surrounding Food and Drink Manufacturing
