Position: Foreman with Façade
Location: Dublin
Salary: Neg DOE
Elk are currently recruiting a Foreman with façade experience for Top Tier Contractor in Dublin City.
Foreman Responsibilities:
- Planning safe system of works and developing method statement
- Monitoring and recording progress and keeping daily records
- Responsible for all day to day construction related issues
- Manage and coordinate trades sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with specification and programme
- Responsible for onsite Health and Safety
Foreman Requirements:
- Trade background
- Previous experience in façade
- Experience in hard landscaping
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- Excellent communication skills
