If you are an experienced lecturer with proven experience working with individuals at Entry level and Level 1 who may have complex learning and support needs then we would like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will teach across the Rural Pathways programme and have proven experience in working with students who have an Education Health Care Plan. They will also be expecged to teach in one of more of the following area: Horticulture, Performing Arts, Catering, Animal Care, Enterprise and Sport.

Who are we looking for………

You will have a calm, patient and flexible approach with previous experience of providing support to young people, ideally in the 16-19 age groups.

You will be educated with a level 2 qualification in English and Maths at grade C or above.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop a rapport as a responsible and trustworthy role model for learners to support them to fulfil their potential.
