Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Construction Contractor in the Essex area who are looking for a brand new FRA Manager to join their team covering their FRA projects across the South East area.
They are looking for an experienced FRA Manager who has previous experience working on FRA installation, passive and inspection projects.
Duties:
- Prepare, process and select estimates, bids and tenders.
- Development the procurement programme.
- Assist in the presentation of the contract brief to the client.
- Manage the selection of site personnel teams (inc. sub contractors) for contracts.
- Manage site personnel, work activities and resources.
- Control contracts from start to completion.
- Control contract budgets.
Key Knowledge:
- BM Trada qualified
- FDIS qualified
