Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Freelance
Location: North East Basse - National Travel
Rate: £300 / day + Car & Subsistence Expenses
Duration: 12 weeks

  • Are you a Quantity Surveyor with strong civil engineering experience?
  • Do you have an awareness of MEP services?


You will be working with a large-scale modular building company focussed on turnkey projects for non-residential modular buildings. Covering a national network of sites, you can expect to spend 2-3 evenings away each week.

We are open to speaking to candidates who:

* Have experience of JCT, NEC and P21+ contracts
* Have managed £multi-million projects
* Are educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying
* Can showcase a strong history of completed projects
