Job Title: Freelance Site Manager
Rate: £250 - £280 per day (dependant on experience)
Location: Devizes
Sector: Timber Engineering
Duration: 10-12 weeks

Freelance Site Manager required for a specialist sub-contractor to cover a 10-12 week project based in Wiltshire. Working with a specialist contractor, overseeing the build of a new build, cross laminated timber (CLT) school.

We would welcome conversations with Site Managers who:

  • Hold SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
  • Have previous experience within the offsite construction sector
  • Possess strong management experience of sub contractors
  • Have an understanding of different lifting operations
