FREELANCE SITE MANAGER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT HAMPSHIRE REGION - MODULAR EDUCATION PROJECTS

C. £24/HOUR
My client is a quality driven modular specialist who operate throughout the UK and have a strong pipeline of modular schools projects.
As a result they have the need for five Site Managers to work on modular education projects in the Hampshire and Southampton area. Each site will require a maximum of 10 modules to be installed alongside an existing building, you will then be responsible for the groundworks for the installation of a mobile classroom.
The Site Manager will look to:
* Undertake all of the grounds works, installation, finishing, snagging and handover of the project.
* Meet and coordinate all sub / contractors on site
* Undertake H&S inductions
* Report and coordinate progress with the Senior Contracts Manager
* Communicate effectively with a variety of stake holders including a variety of internal working partners i.e.: purchasing H&S etc. as well as the end client.
* Ensure the smooth running of this multi million pound modular education site.
Requirements to apply for the role:
* Solid experience within the education sector on construction project - modular would be ideal
* A self-reliant and well-motivated professional who can operate with minimal fuss
* The ability to stand your ground
* Experience of working to strict and professional operating procedures
* CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid certificates
