Position: IT Systems Integrator

Location: Co. Monaghan

Our Client a market leader in the interior fit-out sector for Ireland, the UK and abroad.

With over 20 years' experience in the industry, they have expanded their projects across many sectors

You will be working with the IT team as a Systems Integrator in a busy IT Department. This position would ideally suit a candidate that would like to work in industry and develop their knowledge of IT systems for a busy and growing construction organisation. The role would be reporting to the IT Manager.

Main responsibilities :

  • Help design, build and implement applications that are customised to meet the organisation's needs. Work with the IT department to test and authenticate software to determine suitability before integration into the company's main systems. This will involve gathering requirements and performing gap analysis of current systems or workflows.
  • Assist in testing, provide feedback and bug reports
  • Draft technical designs and documents related to systems integration
  • Provide users with post-installation and integration support - troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance

Essential Criteria

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Computing or a related field
  • 3 years' experience
  • Analytic and problem-solving mindset
  • Time management
  • Working experience with web services and web service integration an advantage
  • Working experience in a Windows environment an advantage
  • Working experience with SQL Server and Oracle an advantage
