We are recruiting for a Front of House Practical Skills Teacher to join the busy training restaurant on a fixed term contract of 12 months.
This role is offering 35 hours per week, term time only, 36 weeks per year and £16,422 - £17,269 per annum.
The ideal candidate will already have front of house experience, high standards and a very keen eye for detail. An assessor's award would be an advantage too.
As part of this varied role, you will:
*Be required to set up our restaurant for service, while supervising students and liaising with the kitchen staff.
*Give menu briefs
*Maintain industry expectations and standards
*Operate the till and cash up
*Take restaurant bookings and carry out student assessments.
*Coordinate social media posts and outreach
This post has a requirement to work one evening a week.
