We're looking for a FTTP Supervisor to join our Telecoms team based in Berkshire. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting major projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Contract: Permanent, full time

Salary: Up to £45k depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a FTTP Supervisor, you'll be working within the BT Falcon cities project with our client Openreach. You will be managing direct labour and supply partners, reporting to a Project Manager. As FTTP Supervisor you will be responsible for the site and field supervision of jointing and cabling activities ensuring that all client orders are delivered to time, in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all contractual processes, safety and quality standards are met.

Your day to day will include:


  • Ensuring compliance to all safety and quality standards via an in-progress and retro checking regime
  • Supporting your team to improve through structured coaching and development using recognised models
  • Ensuring operatives have correct training and accreditations to enable them to conduct their role
Who are we looking for?

This role of FTTP Supervisor is great for you if:


  • Experience in a Supervisory role within the Telecoms industry
  • Good understanding of the openreach Communications Network
  • Awareness and understanding of the Communications Network Installation Specifications
  • NRSWA - Current qualification to supervisor standard. (Unit 10)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word
  • Coaching and development qualifications or experience
