The Ganger will work closely with trades and workers on site to accomplish important projects and manage various tasks.
A valid SSSTS is required for this role, as well as a valid first aid qualification.
The Project
The site is a new school development being built on a large residential housing estate based in the heart of Wantage.
The Role:
The Ganger will be responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the work within their own gang, ensuring that all work is carried out safely & efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure the work is carried out according to project requirements.
- Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.
- Assist with hands-on work when necessary.
