Job Title: Gas Supervisor
Location: South London
Salary: £45,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Vehicle and Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent
Daniel Owen are seeking a Gas Supervisor to join a reputable social housing contractor on a South East London contract.
Gas Supervisor Role:
- Attending and assisting in technical jobs
- Quality checking Annual Gas Safety Checks
- Liaising with the council and tenants regarding issues within properties
- Ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Assist in the processing of timesheets
- Be a point of call to engineers and contract managers for any ongoing issues
Gas Supervisor Requirements:
- Domestic Gas ACS Qualifications
- Health and Safety knowledge
- IT Literate
- Experience in Social Housing
- Experience in reactive repairs, services and breakdowns
- Experience with Schedule of Rates
