Role responsibilities
Planning, prepping and delivering GCSE English to learners
Excellent teaching skills in English, with experience of GCSE English and / or A-Level English
Ability to support, motivate and empathise with learners, including monitoring their progress.
Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member to achieve targets.
Good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail.
The person & qualifications
Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.
Have participated in recent and relevant continuous professional development.
Good general IT skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
