We have an exciting new opportunity for a General Foreman to join us on our Area 9 contract. As General Foreman, it will be your responsibility to carry out all maintenance service duties required to keep the network safe and resilient. Part of the role will require you to undertake shift briefings and Site Inductions with all operational staff to ensure risks and hazards are properly identified and managed as well as attending shift handover meetings to ensure adequate information is passed over from outgoing shift to incoming shift and vice versa. It's important your are able to complete all relevant site records, daily allocation sheets, daily handover reports, diaries, DCP information, accident/incident documentation, audit checks etc

To be considered for a General Foreman position with Kier, you will need 12A,B,C,D Lantra Certificate, TMF/LTMO Certificated where appropriate, 2B Lead Installer Certificated, CSCS accreditation for level of post, Full Driving licence - LGV License preferred. It is preferred that the candidate has Highway Maintenance experience, Winter Maintenance NVQ and incident Management Experience
