We are recruiting for an administrator to join the Student Journey Administration team, which helps support learners and staff on their journey through the College.
This is a full time and permanent position, offering between £18,328 and £18,354 per annum.
You will be a quick-thinking, problem solver who is able to prioritise tasks and your workload, and your customer-focused outlook will enable you to deal with customer enquiries efficiently in person, on the telephone, and by email.
It is essential that you have experience of working in an office environment, and you must be able to work within an established team in an often fast-paced environment.
The working hours are: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays, and additionally, you will be required attend out of hours events for parents evenings and open days etc.
In addition to your salary, you can expect an annual leave entitlement of 29 days for this role, plus Bank Holidays and additional College closure days over the festive period.
