Are you an experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for leading Phase 2 site investigations across the UK? The Role
We are seeking a junior Geo-Environmental Engineer with experience in site investigation contracting or consultancy. In this role, you will take an active lead in project managing Phase 2 site investigations, overseeing site works, and ensuring high technical standards are met. You will work on diverse projects across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising geo-environmental Phase 2 site investigations.
- Conducting soil logging and sampling in accordance with BS5930.
- Preparing interpretative geotechnical and environmental reports.
- Overseeing remediation works and validation processes.
- Collaborating with clients and contractors to deliver efficient project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Environmental Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (MSc preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of site investigation techniques and contaminated land assessments.
- Experience in geotechnical interpretation is desirable.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
