Geo-Environmental Operational Lead

We are working with an multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, renowned globally, currently looking to expand their Geo-Environmental team by bringing an Senior Operational Lead (+£15M turnover operations)

Key duties:

· Strategic planning & business growth initiatives
· Operational oversight of project delivery & commercial management
· Business development across water, energy & technology sectors
· Team leadership & succession planning
· Technical expertise in ground investigation, land quality, groundwater

Requirements:

· Relevant degree (geology/environmental science preferred)
· Senior management experience in environmental consulting
· Chartered status advantageous
· Strong commercial acumen & bid management skills
· Proven track record in business development & client relationships

Flexible working/Point of hire, with travel required as and when. Salary from £80,000 to £100,000 + benefits and allowances.
