We're looking for a GIS Technical Administrator to join our Highways team based in Exeter/Birmingham. Location: Exeter/Birmingham, this will be based out of our office

Contract: Full time, Permanent?

Salary: £20k-£25k +?benefits?package

Responsibilities

As a GIS Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Highways team, you will undertake all GIS projects and workflows as directed by the Senior GIS Technical Administrator.

Your day to day will include:

  • Maintain and update GIS asset databases through digitisation and auditing
  • Provide analysis and processing of data from all areas of the business
  • Display outcomes of the data in meaningful and understandable ways, such as on maps, graphs, charts and spreadsheets
Who are we looking for?

This role of GIS Technical Administrator is great for you if:

  • You can use ESRI ArcGIS and AGOL and have a high level of IT competency including Microsoft Office packages and spreadsheets
  • You can import and export various data formats and translate end user requirements into working solutions
  • Possess sound written and oral communication skills, as well as confident presentation skills
