Salary: £37,000 to £38,000 per annum

We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for experienced Glazier to join their minor works team. You will be carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all aspects of glazing to occupied and void domestic properties
  • Installing single and double glazed panes
  • Repairing or replacing multi point locking mechanisms, hinges and handles to both UPVC and composite doors
  • Emergency make safe/boarding of smashed glazing
  • Gaining access by overriding locking mechanisms

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
